Support Worker - Learning Disabilities

As a Learning Disabilities Support Worker in Cirencester, Stroud, Dursley, and the surroundings, you'll be a patient and empathetic individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding support. This role involves encouraging our service users to live a fulfiling and independent life in line with their care plans. Your various duties will include helping with personal care and day-to-day living tasks, with wider emotional and social support.
To join us
You'll have at least 3 months of paid experience under your belt within the past 3 years in the UK, along with experience in moving and handling and personal care. The right to work in the UK is a must. You'll also be able to demonstrate that you possess our core values of trust, empathy and expertise.
