As a Male Care Assistant in Ventnor, Freshwater and the surrounding areas of the Isle of Wight, you'll be the person that brings smiles to the faces of the people in our care. This role is a chance to make a real difference to people's lives - without your support, they may live a life constrained to specialist units or hospitals.

Your duties will vary, including anything from assisting service users with personal care, providing dementia care, assisting with feeding and PEG, following care plans and getting them involved in activities within their local communities. You'll work as part of a small team in the homes of our clients.

Additionally, applicants that have experience in stoma care and can drive will have opportunities to assist a man living within Freshwater. You will ideally be comfortable working shifts from 08:00 to 16:00 for this package of care.

Flexi Pay enables you to instantly withdraw an advance of up to 50% of the value of your existing shifts through our HealthForceGo® app even on weekends and bank holidays!

Perks will include

  • A competitive remuneration of £13.80 per hour, including holiday pay
  • Get paid as soon as you finish a shift with Flexi Pay
  • Fixed hours on a rota basis
  • Video Interviewing
  • Free DBS check and uniform
  • Free ongoing learning and development to take your career where you go
