We are on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Mental Health Nurses in Bournemouth and Poole. You will be responsible for giving outstanding care to services users with complex mental health conditions within their home. You will be confident in making quick decisions while leading a clinical team to ensure the best possible outcome is met at all times for our service users.

Role requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need current NMC registration and constantly stay up-to-date with clinical best practices. You'll have at least 6 months post-qualification experience behind you, either in a professional caregiving role or caring for a loved one. You must be able to handle high-pressure scenarios in a cool, calm and collected way. With an excellent bedside manner, you'll demonstrate our core values of trust, empathy and expertise while on every shift.

A smart device with internet access is needed to use essential features on our innovative app, HealthForceGo. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial. The right to work in the UK is a requirement.
