Based in Colchester and earning £12.99 per hour including holiday pay, you'll ensure service users get the support they need to live their lives to the full. As part of a team of healthcare workers, you'll play an integral role across a range of establishments. You'll assist with personal care, clinical needs, social activities and any other related services required. No two days will be the same, so you should be used to flexible working and happy to work in a variety of work environments.
What you'll need to offer:
You should have more than three months of experience in a professional care role, in the NHS or a private capacity. Ideally, you'll have a valid certificate in Moving and Handling or will have the commitment to complete one with our support. You'll need to be trained in dispensing medicines and must have the right to work in the UK. Access to your own vehicle would be an advantage.
