As a Support Worker in Swansea and the surrounding areas, you’ll love nothing more than being a true companion to the people in your care. This is a varied role with duties including supporting service users with personal care tasks, clinical requirements and social activities. You will also be aiding and supporting up to 20 homeless individuals as part of a substance misuse project.

Essential skills required

You’ll already have what it takes to provide excellent care, with a minimum of 3 months of paid experience under your belt. You’ll also have experience in moving and handling and personal care. In addition to excellence in care, we need all healthcare staff to demonstrate our core values of trust, empathy and expertise on every shift.

A smart device with internet access is needed to pick up shifts and submit timesheets on our app, HealthForceGo. The right to work in the UK is required, and access to your own vehicle would be useful.
