Join Newcross as a Support Worker in Bridgwater, where you'll provide essential school support to a child with Ventilation, Epilepsy and Tracheostomy. You'll be working in the home of our client alongside a small, dedicated team.

The shifts for this position are from Monday to Fridays from 8am to 4:30pm, with more flexibility available within the school holidays.

Essential skills needed

You'll already have a minimum of 3 months experience under your belt and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. We also accept candidates with experience of caring for a loved one. As well as excellence in care, we need you to demonstrate our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness on every shift.

The right to work in the UK is a must. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial.
