Make a difference in children's lives - join our team as a Support Worker!

As a Support Worker in Liverpool and the surrounding area, you'll get involved in delivering care to children with complex healthcare needs within their own homes. You'll be caring for children living with ASD and ADHD, helping them to develop their social skills. This role is extremely rewarding as you will work with the same client every week, allowing you to see their development and personal growth over time. You'll become part of a small health and social care team and will receive specialist training tailored to the packages of care you work on.

Shifts patterns: term time include 10hr weekend shifts and non-term time include both 10hr weekday and 10hr weekend shifts.

Role requirements

You'll be an empathetic and compassionate Support Worker with at least 3 months of experience caring professionally or for a loved one. You'll be comfortable assisting clients with limited mobility and will hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. You'll be fuelled by your desire to make a real difference in the lives of children. Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required.

Please note: To work in a care home in England from 11 November 2021, the post holder is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 unless clinically exempt.
