We're recruiting for experienced Support Workers to deliver care in the home for individuals in Banff and the surroundings. We're on the look-out for talented Support Workers to join our team in the Banff area, delivering quality care in the home for people in need. This role involves working as part of a small team of health and social care workers and the day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with personal care, posture care, feeding and PEG care, meal preparation, clinical needs and social activities.

Prior experience of supporting service users living with learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, in palliative care and children's services.

Role specification

To apply for this rewarding role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a professional care setting or caring for a loved one. SSSC registration is needed or you can commit to registering with our team.This will ensure you have an emotional and clinical understanding of what it takes to deliver home care.

You'll need to be an approachable and understanding people person, ready to become a key part of your service users' support network. You may need to assist clients with limited mobility, however, if you do not have a valid Moving and Handling certificate, we can provide relevant training modules for you to complete in the induction process. The right to work in the UK is essential.

You will need to be a driver for this position.
