Support Worker - Personal Home Carer

We're recruiting for Support Workers to provide person centred complex care to both children and young adults that we currently support in the Bexhill-on-Sea, Hastings, Rye and the surrounds area, delivering quality care in the home. This role involves working as part of a small team to support people with day-to-day activities, in line with their individual care plans.
The needs of our service users vary and include Acquired brain Injury (ABI), Ventilated Care, Spinal injuries, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, PEG Feeding, Tracheostomy Care, Challenging Behaviour so the ideal applicant will have prior experience in providing care to service users with complex needs.
We require all complex care workers to have around 3 months of experience in a professional care setting or caring for a loved one. You'll need to be a real people person and always be willing to go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcomes are met.
You'll need to be happy assisting clients who may have limited mobility, however, if you do not have a valid Moving and Handling certificate, we can provide relevant training modules for you to complete in the induction process. Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required, as is the right to work in the UK.
