As a Support Worker in Taunton, Wellington, Bridgwater and the surrounding areas of Somerset, you'll be providing support and assistance to enable the people in your care to live their life and make the most of each day, within their own home. Your duties will be varied, with some healthcare support needed, while you may also be required to assist with personal care tasks, making up beds, meal preparation, feeding and PEG care, clinical requirements, social activities and any other services needed. You'll form part of a team of health and social care workers.

With at least 3 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one under your belt, and with a valid certificate in Moving and Handling, and the right to live and work in the UK. Passion and determination to bring comfort and joy to our service users is a must. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial, but is not a requirement.
