We're seeking Support Workers to deliver personalised care in the home in the Taunton area. You'll be assisting children with personal care tasks, medication support, feeding and PEG care, posture care, social activities and any other services needed.

It is highly desirable that applicants have prior experience of caring for service users with PEG feeding, Airway management and Tracheostomy however, a full induction and training will be provided.

Role requirements

You'll already have a minimum of 3 months experience under your belt and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. We do also accept candidates with experience of caring for a loved one.
