Do you?

As a Support Worker in Leicester, you'll get involved in delivering care to individuals with complex healthcare needs within their own home. Your daily activities will involve assisting with tasks like helping them with eating and drinking, personal care, clinical needs, posture care or social activities. Specialist training will be given, tailored to the packages of care you work on with a team of health and social care workers.

Role requirements

You'll be an empathetic and compassionate caregiver, with experience of caring professionally or for a loved one. You'll be comfortable assisting clients with limited mobility, and with a valid Moving and Handling certificate. You'll be fuelled by your desire to make a real difference to the lives of people in need. Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required.

For this role, we are looking for applicants with a valid drivers licence with previous experience of caring for service users in docimiciliary care, home care or 1:1 provisions.
