As a Support Worker in Plymouth, you'll get involved in delivering care to individuals with complex healthcare needs within their own home. Your daily activities will include assisting with personal care tasks, social activities, meal preparation, providing emotional support, and any other services required. Specialist training will be given, tailored to the packages of care you work on.

Ideally, you will have experience supporting with paediatric, autism, challenging behaviour and de-escalation training.

What we're looking for

You'll need at least 3 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one, plus a valid certificate in Moving and Handling. The right to work in the UK is essential. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
