Support Worker - Personal Home Carer

As a Support Worker in the Southampton area, you will work alongside a team of health and social care professionals in the homes of our service users, helping to deliver the best possible care at any given time in the homes of our service users.
Your tasks will include, but will not be limited to aiding with personal care tasks, making up beds, meal preparation, feeding and PEG care, clinical requirements, social integration activities and any other services needed.

If you want to join our amazing team of health and social care workers, you will need a minimum of 3 months of paid care giving experience or have cared for a loved one within the UK. As well as this, you will need a valid certificate in Moving and Handling, and the right to live and work in the UK.
You will have to be a real people's person and constantly thrive to build relationships with your colleagues and our service users throughout your shifts.
You will need access to a smartphone device with internet, and access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required.
