We're seeking dedicated Support Workers to deliver personalised care in the home in the Peterhead area. You'll form part of a team of health and social care professionals and provide support with personal care, clinical needs, social activities and any other services needed.

The ideal applicant will have previous experience of supporting service users in children's services, palliative care, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.

Person specification

We require all complex care workers to have around 6 months of experience in a professional care setting or caring for a loved one. You'll need to be a real people person and always be willing to go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcomes are met. SSSC registration is required before joining our team.

You'll need to be happy assisting clients who may have limited mobility, however, if you do not have a valid Moving and Handling certificate, we can provide relevant training modules for you to complete in the induction process. The right to work in the UK is required.

It is essential that you are a driver for this position.
