Our Bath branch is located a short distance away from town. We cover a wide area, ranging from Eastern Somerset regions such as Glastonbury and Wells, over to Trowbridge, Warminster and the local city areas of Bath.

The supporting role

  • Working with our service users living with learning disabilities and/or challenging behaviours
  • Ensuring to give outstanding care and support at all times
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, development of new skills, and clinical requirements
  • Encouraging social integration and participation within the local community

If you have a NVQ2 / SVQ2 in Health and Social Care or currently work in a supporting role you could be fast tracked through our recruitment process.

What will I need?

  • The right to live and work in the UK
  • At least 3 months' previous care experience
  • Certification in a practical Moving and Handling course in the last 12 months
  • Have access to a smart device, with internet access to manage your rotas
  • Access to your own vehicle is desirable, but not mandatory
