We have one mission: to deliver the highest standard of care to sick and vulnerable people. To do this, we invest in training opportunities to develop our teams of healthcare professionals.

Join Newcross Healthcare and help make a difference in children's lives!

As an experienced Support Worker in Hereford, Ledbury, Bromyard, Kington, Ross-on-Wye and surrounding areas, it will be your job to support the lives of vulnerable children in our care. You'll be patient, positive and empathetic, ready to take on new challenges in this fast-paced role. You will work with children with various learning disabilities, so relevant PBM (Positive Behavioural Management) experience is required. Alternative qualifications such as MAPA or NAPPI will also be considered.

We value our dedicated health and social care workers. We offer a range of exclusive perks and access to further support and training in return for their hard work.

What we're looking for

You will have at least 3 months of paid experience from within the past 3 years, a valid certificate in Moving and Handling (which we can help you obtain), and relevant PBM/MAPA/NAPPI qualification. You will always strive for the best outcome for those in your care and must demonstrate that you possess our core values of trust, empathy and expertise.
