As a Support Worker in Hereford, Ledbury, Bromyard, Kington, Ross-on-Wye and surrounding areas, you'll be working with children with various learning disabilities, helping to put a smile on their faces every day. Your responsibilities will include supporting our service users with day-to-day living activities such as eating and socialising, following care plans and any additional duties required.
You'll need PBM (Positive Behavioural Management) experience, however, MAPA or NAPPI qualifications will also be considered.

What you'll need
You'll have at least 3 months of paid experience under your belt within the past 3 years in the UK, along with experience in moving and handling and personal care, and the right to live and work in the UK. You'll need to be able to demonstrate that you possess our core values of trust, empathy and expertise. We also require you to have PBM/MAPA/NAPPI qualification.
Access to a smart device with an internet connection is needed to pick up shifts through our app, HealthForceGo. Access to your own vehicle is desirable.
