Support Worker - Learning Disabilities

As a Support Worker in Salisbury and the surrounds, you'll become a companion of the people in your care, working as part of a team to assist with a variety of different tasks. You'll support service users living with learning disabilities and ensure that they receive high quality care at all times in line with their personal care plans. Your duties will be varied, including social integration activities and assistance with personal care tasks. You'll work as part of a supportive team of health and social care workers, and benefit from ongoing opportunities for training and professional development.

You'll already have a minimum of 3 months experience in the last 3 years in the UK under your belt and have Personal Care and Moving and Handling experience. The right to work in the UK is a must. Comfortable in your abilities as a caregiver, you'll also be able to demonstrate that you possess our core values of trust, empathy and expertise.
