As a Support Worker in Bude, Holsworthy and the surrounds, you'll be an excellent multi-tasker and you'll keep your wits about you in a crisis and radiate calmness when leading your team. Your responsibilities will include assisting service users with personal care, making up beds, meal preparation, clinical needs, social activities and any other services needed. You'll work as part of a supportive team of health and social care professionals, providing excellent care to our service users throughout every shift you do.
As a Support Worker, you'll be fuelled by your desire to make a real difference to the lives of people in need, and to do so you will need at least 3 months of paid experience within the past 3 years within the UK and the right to work in the UK. Past experience of moving and handling and personal care is a requirement.
You musy be a bubbly person who loves caring for others and has the natural ability of making the people around you smile.
You will need access to a smart device with an internet connection to pick up shifts through our app, HealthForceGo. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
