We are committed to positively influencing care practice through delivering thought-leading and engaging learning and development. 


Every month, across the Newcross network we deliver between 150 and 200 courses to over 1000 of our Healthcare staff demonstrating our commitment to our staff’s ongoing learning.

We have a team of 5 internal clinical trainers who work together with a range of carefully selected partners to deliver highly engaging, practical and relevant courses.

Each of our core courses is overseen by one of our clinical trainers ensuring the content and material is both current and compliant. As we develop courses they are fully audited and endorsed by our Clinical Governance Team.

All of this means we deliver great healthcare learning experiences – from gaining the essential, 'hands-on' skills of Moving and Handling, through to the thought-provoking, modern perspectives of our Learning Disabilities course – we don't settle for anything other than the very best.


Building on the success of our clinical courses for our own employees, we now also deliver world-class training to many of our clients, including care homes, hospitals and staffing agencies.  

Additionally, through our unique programme of management and leadership courses, we also support and encourage our non-clinical staff, working behind the scenes in our offices across the UK.
