Learning Management System Specialist

We have a fantastic opportunity for an LMS Specialist to join our progressive and expanding business, this key role is based within our well respected and talented Learning and Development team. The successful candidate will serve as the first line of support for all online users, assisting with troubleshooting, problem solving, and on system functionality. You will also be working closely with the clinical team and content/learning designer to deconstruct and re-imagine our current training programmes to ensure the experience will continue to be seamless and engaging for our users! If you have experience in LMS and can bring skills and knowledge in areas such as Docebo, SCORN, Tin Can or xAPI, then we would love to hear from you!

Job title: Learning Management System Specialist

Salary: Up to £40,000 PA depending on experience

Location: Flexible - Regular presence in our Head offices in Bristol or Totnes

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

Who are you?

The essentials….

  • Previous experience in a similar LMS role at least 1+ year minimum
  • Demonstrable experience in configuring and managing LMS
  • Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organising and management skills with the ability to lead or co-ordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Not afraid of the unknown, you will enjoy finding creative solutions to resolving conflicts
  • Top notch communication skills and a naturally engaging personality.

The desirables….

  • Related degree
  • Extensive experience in Docebo
  • In depth experience in SCORM, Tin Can, xAPI

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the project to integrate LMS/internal systems and our HealthForceGo app
  • Maintaining administrative governance on LMS
  • Creating reports and analysis of LMS usage and effectiveness of courses/programmes
  • Actively collaborating with internal teams and other stakeholders to support daily operational requirements.
  • Provide support to user for all issues regarding LMS and serve as a point of escalation to either Decebo or the development team.
  • Manage course enrolment and progression
  • Inspire the team, by sharing ideas on how users can make the most of LMS
