Dale, tell us a bit about your new role?
"Hi! I'm Development Specialist and based down in Head Office, in the department of awesome that is Training!"
What did you do before Newcross?
“Before I started my Newcross career, I was in-and-out of the health foods retail sector between university studies, where I achieved a Business Administration Honours Degree. From this, I began the next chapter of my life, starting within the Newcross Central Recruitment Team where I recruited for 26 different branches, all the way up to the 50+ we now have!”
Then what happened?
“Before I knew it, three and a half years had passed and my grafting had helped me progress into Learning & Development. As part of my new role I will be helping facilitate the learning for all of the lovely branch staff; with the delivery of the new head office induction day through to a full range of remote systems training sessions.”
“Alongside this I will be contributing to the design and implementation of the Newcross Ranger Programme - promoting the development of our Healthcare Coordinators through self-awareness, effective team skills, and more.”
