Care agreement sees additional jobs across Bristol, Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, and Herefordshire!

Newcross Healthcare Solutions and Blanchworth Care are pleased to announce the signing of a contract for Newcross to supply temporary nursing and healthcare staff throughout the Blanchworth organisation.

Blanchworth Care is a specialist provider of community care services for older people offering a choice of comprehensive care services to include intermediate, residential and nursing home care along with homes specialising in dementia care.  Founded in 1983 by Chairman and Chief Executive Sally Roberts, Blanchworth Care now manages ten care and nursing homes and a meals-on-wheels service to older people in their own homes. The contract between Blanchworth and Newcross will mean that Newcross will become the primary supplier for all temporary nursing and care requirements that Blanchworth may have.

Steve Churches, Bristol Business Centre Manger, commented:

We are absolutely delighted that Blanchworth Care has chosen to work alongside Newcross. We have forged excellent relationships with Blanchworth Care residential and nursing homes and have been supplying highly qualified staff to them on a regular basis. This agreement will not only create a number of jobs throughout Bristol, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire but will also ensure that Blanchworth Care's high standards of care are maintained and enhanced through improved recruitment and monitoring systems that are unique to Newcross

Suzanne Dutch, Regional Manager for Blanchworth commented:

There are times when staff are needed to maintain our quality of service. It is our top priority to provide excellence of care and it is reassuring to know that we are in partnership with an agency which has well trained quality staff in line with Blanchworth's own

Geoff White, National Operations Manager for Newcross added:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that lives and breathes quality and service and shares many of our company values.  For Newcross this means that due to this agreement and recent other wins we are currently recruiting for an addition 40 full and part time positions
