Sophia was the outstanding candidate to lead the newly formed Royal Tunbridge Wells team, showcasing her wealth of experience in both recruitment and management. Under the expert guidance of Regional Operations Manager Kelly-Marie Harris, Sophia has already started utilising her skillset in identifying and recruiting the most experienced and qualified healthcare professionals, whilst collaborating with local employers to recognise where their skills are required most.
