1996 - Newcross is founded by Michelle Gorringe and Stephen Pattrick.

1998 - Achieve ISO 9000 Accreditation
We achieve the ISO 9000 management systems standard. Allowing us to ensure that we meet the needs of our clients and staff.
2000 - Investors in People recognition
Newcross achieves Investors in People recognition for the first time. The Investors in People Standard is underpinned by a rigorous assessment methodology and a framework which reflects the very latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.
2000 -ISO upgraded to ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is recognised internationally as the world’s most widely adopted Quality Management System (QMS). The system allows us to continually monitor and manage quality across the business so we can identify areas for improvement.
2002 - Branching out
We opened new branches in Bristol, Liverpool and Southampton.
2003 - Launch of New Systems
Launch of our revolutionary online booking system, providing clients and staff with complete control over bookings.
2004 - Online Payslips Introduced
All staff receive payslips online and via text message for the first time.
2004 -HQ Moves to Berry Pomeroy, Totnes
Newcross moves from Torquay to new headquarters in Berry Pomeroy, Totnes.
2005 -Introduction of OCR recognition
Introduction of OCR recognition to time sheets, allowing timesheets to be scanned into our system and automatically invoice clients and pay staff.
2005 -Renamed Newcross Healthcare Solutions
Newcross changes its name to Newcross Healthcare Solutions.
2005 Paediatric Service Launched
Launch of our home-based intensive care paediatric service.
2006 - 10th Anniversary
Newcross celebrates its 10-year anniversary and launches a home-based intensive care paediatric service.
2007 - Fire Mark Award
Newcross awarded Fire Mark Award by Royal Sun Alliance in recognition of outstanding health and safety controls within our service.
2008 -Groundbreaking contract
Newcross Healthcare Solutions awarded groundbreaking contract by the Peninsula Purchasing and Supply Alliance (PPSA).

2012 -ISO 14001 Accreditation Achieved
