We are always open

As the Christmas holidays approach, the care and support we provide to our clients is no less vital and our nurses, healthcare assistants, homecarers and support workers all do their utmost to make the festivities as special as possible. Many of our employees in our healthcare and home care teams will be working over the holidays, but they will be joined by our central support team.

Our dedicated central support team, based in Bristol, not only offer support to our branches during the day, they also answer calls and resolve queries throughout the nights, weekends and bank holidays. The seamless service provided by our central support team means that for both clients and staff, no matter what time of day you need to contact us, we are always available. The Christmas season is no different and Newcross remains open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week thanks to our ‘round the clock’ teams.
