Jobs boost for care assistants and nurses in Weymouth
One of the UK’s largest providers of healthcare professionals has confirmed that it will be creating at least 20 new permanent jobs in the Weymouth area.
Bringing their quality care services to local nursing and residential homes, Newcross Healthcare is expanding its coverage to clients in the Weymouth area in Dorset. Over 20 new permanent jobs are to be made available to experienced care assistants, support workers and nurses.
Newcross is offering new staff all the benefits of a permanent job, including holiday pay, a local line manager and free training (through credit scheme) with the all the flexibility of agency-style working. Staff will be able to choose their working rota to suit their lifestyle or family commitments by adding their own availability online.
“We are a national business with a local focus. Our branches in Bournemouth and Yeovil both provide local support for our staff and tailored services for our clients,” said Branch Manager Charlotte Burton.
All Newcross staff are highly trained in their roles, with regular opportunities offered to develop new skills through their in-house training programme. Practical skills courses such as Basic Life Support, End of Life Care and Venepuncture for nurses are all available in the local branches.
