Our business centre managers need to be able to motivate their respective teams in order for them to achieve set targets - praising them when things go well and appraising for improvements, developing a culture of participation and involvement.
You’ll have to be able to proactively build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, win their buy-in deliver an exceptional standard of customer service and meet their needs. You will also willingly tackle problems which stand in the way of hitting targets and have the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly.

Relationship executives provide a comprehensive service to both employees and clients. You'll work closely with the business centre manager building strong, long-lasting relationships with both clients and healthcare staff, delivering an outstanding level of service, achieving business objectives and targets and using your first-class communication skills to:
- Fully understand your client's business and ensure their ongoing needs are met
- Proactively seek new opportunities and cultivate business relationships, promoting the unique benefits that Newcross can offer
- Work with our central recruitment team to attract and recruit high quality, passionate healthcare staff, positively promoting the values and benefits of Newcross as an employer
- Ensure healthcare staff feel engaged and valued, manage their training needs and encourage and support them to develop and expand their skills and knowledge
- Proactively seek feedback, identify where we can improve and drive positive change
If you are a naturally helpful person, with a desire to make sure that Newcross clients receive the best possible care from our employees, this could be just the job you’re looking for. A degree is not essential for this role but preferred. Experience in customer service or working in an office environment is ideal for this role.

Located two miles east of Totnes in the beautiful Devon village of Berry Pomeroy, Newcross Healthcare's headquarters is home to all of our core support teams that keep the business running.
Some of our support departments are located in Colston Tower, Bristol. Our Marketing, Central Recruitment, Clinical Governance and Central Support teams are spread over two floors of this impressive building.
Office-Based Nurse Jobs
Office based nursing roles are highly sought after positions as they play a pivotal role in the running of Newcross Healthcare. Office based nurses are responsible for delivering clinical assessments and creating care plans and ensuring that they are followed. They are also the first point of contact for deployed nurses and offer advice to service users.
These positions are ideal for qualified nurses seeking to move to an office based environment and are interested in providing a support role to Newcross staff. Office nurses can be based at our head office in Berry Pomeroy or out of one of over sixty branches across the United Kingdom.

To be selected for one of our apprenticeship roles you should have excellent communication and organisational skills and have the capability to use your own initiative. You will also be expected to work efficiently within a busy and vibrant office environment and be familiar with Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
