The ground-breaking Pathfinder programme takes our existing or aspiring managers on a 10 month journey of finding out how they can achieve results through effectively leading and managing people and teams.
It is built on 3 core beliefs:
- Self awareness is a pre-requisite for self development
- Real life is the best classroom
- We need others to help us reflect and learn lessons from real life
Pathfinders develop an understanding of how teams and individuals experience their leadership and how they can expand their range of styles to help their people and teams achieve better results.
They learn how to understand business performance and how to identify and implement sustainable improvements in business performance.
Pathfinders also embark on the ‘Newcross Experience’ – which we keep firmly under wraps until the day to take them out of their comfort zones.
