We are currently recruiting for dedicated Personal Care Assistants to join us in providing specialised care and support to children with additional healthcare needs living in their own homes in Truro, Goonhavern and the local surroundings.

Position Details

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that every service user receives the highest quality of person-centred care, support and dedication.

You will be confident in your ability to provide life-enhancing care that protects the dignity of our users and is in line with their personalised care plans.

Previous experience of caring for children with additional healthcare needs is desirable.

Our Requirements

  • The right to live and work in the UK
  • At least 3 months' previous care experience
  • Certification in a practical Moving and Handling course within the last 12 months - or you are willing to complete this with Newcross Healthcare
  • Access to a smart phone or device with internet access to manage your rotas and payslips on our mobile app HealthForceGo
  • Access to your own vehicle is desirable, but not essential
