How can I enter?
Simply work 250 hours over the summer. That's it!
All you need to do is update your availability and accept shifts, we will do the rest!
The winner will be announced on 19th September 2011, via Facebook, Twitter and the Newcross Website.
Terms and conditions (the small print!):
1. You must work more than 250 hours between Monday 4th July 2011 and Sunday 11th September inclusive 2011 (a 10 week period).
2. Hours worked will be calculated based on timesheets submitted to your branch. The final date to submit timesheets for inclusion in this award is Tuesday 13th September 2011.
3. The prize offered is the option of (i) an all-inclusive, one week holiday for four people, or (ii) an all-inclusive, one week Mediterranean cruise for two people.
4. You will receive a normal week's pay during your holiday. This will be calculated using an average of your earnings from the previous 13 weeks before the date of your holiday.
5. The holiday must be taken before 30th April 2012.
6. You must be an active employee of Newcross Healthcare at the time of the holiday.
7. You cannot be under any investigation or disciplinary.
8. The Directors of Newcross Healthcare Solutions Limited reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this offer at any time.
