Newcross Healthcare are seeking experienced Support Workers to support service users with learning disabilities in Kidderminster, Stourport-on-Severn, Stourbridge, Worcester and the surrounding areas.

Due to rural client locations and shift times, public transport is not always readily available, therefore access to your own vehicle is desirable.


We are seeking outstanding support workers to assist children and adults with learning difficulties with their day to day activities. This could include supporting with appointments, outings and general household tasks. You will need to be a genuinely compassionate person and always strive to fulfil the needs of every service user in your care.

That is why we are seeking individuals with a conscientious and empathetic approach in order to make a positive difference to the lives of all service users you encounter.


  • Salary of up to £14.23/hr including holiday pay

  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • At least 3 months' previous paid experience working in a care environment in the UK within the last 3 years
  • Referee contact details for your current place of work, including a manager who can comment on your clinical ability, and for all employments in the past 18 months or your 3 most recent jobs
