As a registered nurse herself, Michelle’s background was the catalyst for the Newcross vision – to ensure that those who need care receive the best quality support, enabling them to live independent and fulfilling lives.

Michelle is driven to deliver high standards of care across the organisation, and has supported the introduction of a nationally-recognised register for those working in social care. She is passionate about person-centred care, as well as access to education and raising societal recognition for care workers.
