We’re hiring experienced Registered Nurses in Swadlincote to deliver outstanding care across care and nursing home settings. We are seeking nurses with experience in both suprapubic catheter (SPC) care and Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) care. Experience in both areas is essential for this role.

Due to the location of the client, drivers are essential for this role. Please only apply if you are able to reliably commute to this location.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to service users in line with their individual care plans
  
  

• Administer medication, monitor vital signs and support with clinical tasks
  
  

• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best outcomes
  
  

• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, dignity and respect
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  
  

• At least 6 months of post-qualification experience in a UK-based care setting in the last 3 years

• Experience in both suprapubic catheter (SPC) care and Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) care.

• A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
  
  

• The ability to adapt to different environments and work independently

• Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
