Pay: £14.25 to £16.35 per hour

Your responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in care home and community settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care tailored to each individual's needs.

• Deliver person centred care that promotes dignity and independence.

• Support people with daily routines, personal care, moving and handling and life skills.

• Provide emotional support and build positive relationships.

• Encourage confidence and safer, more independent living.
  
  

What you need

• Right to work in the UK.

• At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last three years.

• Enhanced background check (e.g. DBS, PVG or AccessNI), or willingness to apply.

• Great communication skills.

• Experience in providing personal care and moving and handling.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A caring approach built on integrity, respect and empathy.
