I began my HR career in 2003 and have since built a broad and varied background across a range of generalist roles and sectors. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a clear sense of purpose, putting people at the heart of everything I do, while balancing commercial outcomes with human impact.

I have a strong passion for employment legislation and employee relations, having specialised in this area for over four years. This experience shaped my approach to fairness, compliance, and ethical decision-making, and continues to influence how I lead today.

I’ve been fortunate to work with some fantastic brands across retail, fashion, hospitality, financial services, real estate, and now healthcare. Each role added a new perspective and helped prepare me for my current role as Chief People Officer at Newcross Healthcare, where I’m proud to help shape a culture that enables our people and our business to thrive.
