Registered Mental Health Nurse - Swansea

£27.76 - £31.57 per hour.

We are hiring experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses in Swansea to support people across residential care and nursing homes, as well as community settings.

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs.

• Administer medication and complete clinical tasks in line with care plans.
  
  

• Monitor observations and respond to changing needs.
  
  

• Work collaboratively with care teams, families and other healthcare professionals.
  
  

• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure all care is delivered safetly and in line with professional standards.
  
  

What you need

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
  
  

• At least 6 months UK post qualification experience.

• Experience within mental heath, residential or nursing care settings.

• A calm, compassionate and professional approach.
  
  

• Ability to work confidently as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good spoken and written English.
