This position involves supporting three young people in a residential setting. Applicants must be registered with Social Care Wales. Experience in managing challenging behaviours, autism awareness, basic life support, and diabetes is desirable, although training can be provided.
Due to the remote location, applicants must be drivers with access to a car.

Your role as a Residential Support Worker
You will work within a children’s residential setting, providing day-to-day care, emotional support, and positive role modelling. Your role will include:
Building strong, trusting relationships with children and young people.
Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence.
Helping children manage emotions and behaviours in a safe way.
Being a calm, reliable presence during both good and challenging days.
What we are looking for
At least six months of full-time care experience within the last three years.
A minimum of three months’ experience working with children or young people within the last three years.
The right to work in the UK.
