Your role. Supporting independence every day.
As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide person centred care to people in their own homes. You will help clients live with dignity, comfort, and confidence.
Your duties will include:
Personal care and daily support
Friendly companionship and emotional support
Live-in care for clients who need round the clock help
Encouraging independence and choice
Safe medication support
Assisting with complex and specialist care needs
Palliative and end of life care with compassion
What we are looking for
At least 6 months paid care experience, or personal care experience in the UK
Confidence supporting people with limited mobility
The right to work in the UK
Experience with complex care is helpful, but not essential. Full training is provided
Registration required in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland where applicable
Good spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate clearly
