Due to a genuine occupational requirement, female only applicants will be considered for this role. Applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence. You will be expected to commit to a two week rolling rota or work on an ad hoc basis.

Your role. Supporting independence every day.

As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide person centred care to people in their own homes. You will help clients live with dignity, comfort, and confidence.

Your duties will include:

• Personal care and daily support
  
• Friendly companionship and emotional support
  
• Live in care for clients who need round the clock help
  
• Encouraging independence and choice
  
• Safe medication support
  
• Assisting with complex and specialist care needs
  
• Palliative and end of life care with compassion
  

What we are looking for

• At least six months of paid care experience, or personal care experience in the UK
  
• Confidence supporting people with limited mobility
  
• The right to work in the UK
  
• Experience with complex care is helpful but not essential. Full training is provided
  
• Registration required in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland where applicable
  
• Good spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate clearly
