We are recruiting an experiencedRegistered Nurse to support acomplex care client in their own home in Cardiff. This is a rewarding

community nursing role focused on continuity, safety, and high-quality

clinical care in a calm, familiar environment.

This is a complex community care package supporting a client in their own

home. Due to a genuine occupational requirement, female-only applicants will

be considered. You must hold a full UK driving licence. You must be able to

commit to a two-week rolling rota, or ad hoc shifts with notice.

You will work with one client at a time. No rushed visits. No ward pressures.

Just time to deliver care properly.

Your role

As a Community Care Registered Nurse, you will:

• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in a home setting

• Manage complex clinical needs with confidence and compassion

• Administer medication and treatments accurately

• Monitor condition changes and escalate concerns when needed

• Work closely with families and the wider care team

• Maintain clear and accurate clinical records and care plans

What we are looking for

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin

• Experience in complex care, community care, or similar clinical settings

• Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail

• A calm and professional approach in a one-to-one environment

• A strong commitment to dignity, respect, and patient safety
