Pay: £13.97 to £16.69 per hour

Shift patterns: 4 hours every Thursday and Friday. Hours can be worked flexibly, for example 10am to 2pm or 9am to 1pm.

We are looking for somebody to support our client, a male in his early thirties with spastic quadriplegia and cerebral palsy. He needs support with personal care, his exercise programme, preparing meals and drinks, and light admin tasks. You will be a driver and help support the client with work and community activities.

Your role. Supporting independence every day.

As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide person centred care to people in their own homes. You will help clients live with dignity, comfort, and confidence.

Your duties will include:

• Personal care and daily support
  
• Friendly companionship and emotional support
  
• Encouraging independence and choice
  

What we are looking for

• At least 6 months paid care experience, or personal care experience in the UK
  
• Confidence supporting people with limited mobility
  
• The right to work in the UK
  
• Experience with complex care is helpful, but not essential. Full training is provided
  
• Registration required in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland where applicable
  
• Good spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate clearly
