Pay:£13.90 to £16.68 per hour

Shifts:Part-time and full-time available, with a minimum of 24 hours per week. Regular and long term bookings are available for experienced and reliable staff.

Your role as a Residential Support Worker

You will work within a children’s residential setting, providing day to day care, emotional support, and positive role modelling. Your role will include:

• Building strong, trusting relationships with children and young people.
• Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence.
• Helping children manage emotions and behaviours in a safe way.
• Being a calm and reliable presence during both good and challenging days.

What we are looking for

• At least six months of full-time care experience within the last three years.
• A minimum of three months’ experience working with children or young people within the last three years.
• The right to work in the UK.
• A caring, resilient, and team-focused approach.
