What You Will Do: Make Every Day Matter

As a Registered Nurse with Newcross, you will deliver person-centred care that transforms lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Medication: Safe and timely administration of medicines, including controlled drugs

  • Care plans: Work with families and teams to develop personalised care plans

  • Health monitoring: Assess, record and escalate health needs

  • Daily living support: Support with bathing, dressing, eating and mobility

  • Leadership: Guide your team to deliver safe and responsive care

  • Communication: Build strong and respectful relationships with residents, families and colleagues

The Essentials You Will Bring

  • NMC registration: A valid registration to practise as a nurse in the UK

  • Experience: At least 6 months of full-time post-qualification experience within the last 3 years

  • Right to work: Eligibility to work in the UK
