About the role

Newcross Healthcare are looking for a Registered Nurse based in Carbrooke, Norfolk to work with a purpose built care home providing a friendly and supportive environment for older people requiring genernal or dementia nursing care.

The home is situated in the bustling market town of Watton, a new miles south of Norwich and is easily accessible from the A11, A47 and is on the main bus route from Norwich.

Your responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high quality nursing care.
  
  

• Administer medication and complete clinical procedures.
  
  

• Monitor observations and respond to changes in patient needs.
  
  

• Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  
  

• Promote dignity, safety and person centred care.
  
  

What you need

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
  
  

• At least six months post qualification experience within the UK as a nurse.
  
  

• Six months clinical experience, with medication rounds

• Confidence working across different care settings.
  
  

• Good spoken and written English.
  
  

• A calm, compassionate and professional approach.
