We are hiring exceptional Children’s Support Workers to care for children and young adults aged 16-25 with educational disabilities in a specialist college. About the role:

You will support children and young adults within a specialist education college. Your role will include building trusting relationships, promoting routines and life skills, supporting with emotional regulation and managing behaviours with consistency and care.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 6 months of full-time care experience in the past 3 years
  
  

• At least three months’ experience supporting children or young people, ideally within a regulated environment.
  
  

• Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities
  
  

• The right to work in the UK
  
  

• A commitment to delivering care that is respectful, empathetic and team-focused
  
  

• Experience working with highly challenging behaviours
