Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday: 08:00-12:00 and 18:00-22:00. Sunday 09:00-13:00 and 18:00-22:00
There may also be additional opportunities to support the client during long weekends at their caravan and on holidays.
Your Role: Supporting Independence | Enriching Lives
We are recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our Community Care team supporting a gentlemen who lives in his own home. You will play a vital role in supporting his independence, well being and daily routine.
We are looking for candidates with previous care experience who are confident working independently, reliable, flexible and have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

Your responsibilities:
Personal care and support: Assisting with daily routines to promote comfort and wellbeing
Light housekeeping: To maintain a clean environment.
Support with complex clinical care needs: Autonomic dysreflexia monitoring, bowel care management, suprapubic catheter care and full moving and handling support (full training will be provided by our clinical care leads)
Companionship: Offering warmth, kindness and a friendly face
Promoting independence: Encouraging clients to live fulfilled lives with autonomy
Community access: Helping clients engage in their local community
Medication support (where applicable): Safe, timely administration of medication.
What we’re looking for:
At least 6 months of paid professional care experience (or personal care experience in the UK)
Caring for individuals with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Previous experience in complex care tasks is not essential as full training will be provided.
The right to work in the UK
Registration with SSSC (applicants in Scotland) or SCW (applicants in Wales)
Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
