About the role
Newcross Healthcare is recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistant
to work in care homes, supported living
ervices and community care settings.

Your responsibilities
Deliver person centred care that promotes dignity and independence.
Support people with daily routines, personal care, moving and handling and life skills.
Provide emotional support and build positive relationships.
Encourage confidence and safer, more independent living.
What you need
Right to work in the UK.
At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last three years.
Experience delivering personal car and moving and handling
Enhanced background check (e.g. DBS, PVG or AccessNI), or willingness to apply.
Great communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A caring approach built on integrity, respect and empathy.
