Location:Hybrid role based in Scotland.
Salary:£18.96 per hour

What will you do?
You will be responsible for the delivery and assessment ofSocial Services & Healthcare SVQ2 and SVQ3qualifications. FuturU is both a recognised End Point Assessment Organisation and Awarding Organisation in England, and an approved Delivery Centre in Scotland.
Whilst a full job description can be provided, key responsibilities include:
- Assess and document learner competence against industry standards within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) using appropriate technology systems.
- Engage in regular training and standardisation activities to ensure a consistent approach to qualification delivery.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of FuturU policies and procedures.
- Maintain and evidence ongoing, relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
Responsibilities
- Deliver qualifications and assess learner knowledge and competence, providing detailed feedback throughout.
- Conduct assessments in line with national occupational standards.
- Use relevant systems such as e-portfolio systems (OneFile).
- Attend standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency.
- Engage with the wider Quality Team and FuturU business to uphold standards.
Other duties
- Maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders to deliver required SLAs.
- Report feedback and identify trends or potential risks.
- Identify and escalate potential breaches of security or compliance.
- Report issues or complaints to the Senior Management team.
- Contribute to developing new resources and processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Occupational competency in a relevant vocational sector equivalent to SVQ3.
- Holds an appropriate assessor qualification, such as L&D9DI or CAVA.
- Understanding of industry requirements, including relevant regulatory bodies.
- Experience producing clear, accurate, and concise written reports.
- Full driving licence with flexibility to travel across Scotland.
- Educated to GCSE Maths and English grade C or above (or equivalent qualification).
- Role subject to enhanced PVG check.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Well-organised and able to support multiple learners effectively.
- Strong time management and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
